The building offers a beautiful swimming pool with sea view, laundry facilities, and a gym available for guests.

Living provides bed and bath linens, as well as complimentary amenities. The flat features air conditioning, a Smart TV, a dining table and chairs. The kitchen includes some utensils for meal preparation, such as a sandwich maker, cooktop, pots, and a coffee maker. The building offers a swimming pool . A baby crib is available upon request, subject to availability.

The gym is available for guests who want to keep up with their routine during the trip, as well as options for morning walks along the beach. Please note that our location is on the main street of the neighborhood, which is closed to walking, running, and cycling from 5:00 AM to 8:00 AM.

The pool… definitely the best view! Facing the sea, you can see the entire curve of the city’s coastline, and right in front, there is a beautiful protected Gameleira tree. A true natural beauty, adding a touch of serenity to your days off.

The building also features a laundry room with OMO machines, providing you with quality, convenience, and full autonomy to do your laundry during your stay.

The pool is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Visitors are not allowed by the building or management—access is permitted only to registered guests.

Pets are not allowed in the flat.

Food and drinks are not allowed inside the pool.

Breakfast is not included.

Linen and towel changes or requests for extra items are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
