Our Studio Flat with Jacuzzi accommodates up to 3 guests and features 1 double bed and 1 single extra bed, air conditioning, and a Smart TV. The compact kitchen is equipped with a cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, minibar, and utensils for quick meals. In the outdoor area, you will find a beautiful private Jacuzzi. The building offers a rooftop swimming pool, gym, and rotating parking garage. Excellent condominium located oceanfront, close to restaurants and small markets.

The neighborhood is easily accessible, and it is possible to arrive by public transportation. We recommend checking the specific bus lines that pass near the exact address of the Hyde Park property.

Parking is public and rotating, and we do not make reservations for parking spaces.

João Pessoa Bus Station (Terminal Rodoviário Severino Camelo): Located in the Varadouro neighborhood, the bus station is approximately 12 km from Jardim Oceania, with a travel time of about 20 minutes by car, depending on traffic conditions.

If you're looking for a great location with comfort and convenience, this is the perfect place! Located on the Bessa seafront, you'll enjoy a stunning setting. Every morning from 5 AM to 8 AM, a section of Bessa’s shore is closed exclusively for outdoor activities. The flat is right next to some of the best restaurant options, such as Bessa Grill. Additionally, it’s 8.9 km (about 22 minutes) from Cabo Branco Beach and 6.9 km (around 15 minutes) from the Handicraft Market. The distance to the airport is 27.8 km (approximately 40 minutes).

Breakfast is not included. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments and in the common areas of the buildings. We do not provide daily cleaning; if requested, a cleaning fee will be charged, and prior scheduling is required. We do not offer towel changes; if requested, a fee will apply, and it must be scheduled in advance. Visitors are not allowed in the condominium; access is restricted to registered guests only. Speakers and glass bottles are prohibited in the pool area. Pets are not allowed.
