The flat Art Prime 4 offers a privileged sea view from our rooftop. It features a double bed, minibar, microwave, coffee maker, cooktop stove, smart TV, and a compact kitchen equipped with some utensils for preparing small meals. Ocean Art Park has a small ground-floor area with a swing and a green garden where you can enjoy the sound of the sea.

We provide bed linens and towels, as well as some kitchen utensils for preparing small meals in the comfort of your own space. As a courtesy, we also include a few complimentary amenities. The building offers an incredible view of Bessa’s coastline, with easy access to the beach. There's also a snookbar area where you can relax or, for those who need it, work remotely while enjoying a beautiful sea view.

If you're looking for a great location with comfort and convenience, this is the perfect place! Located on the Bessa seafront, you'll enjoy a stunning setting. Every morning from 5 AM to 8 AM, a section of Bessa’s shore is closed exclusively for outdoor activities. The flat is right next to some of the best restaurant options, such as Bessa Grill. Additionally, it’s 8.9 km (about 22 minutes) from Cabo Branco Beach and 6.9 km (around 15 minutes) from the Handicraft Market. The distance to the airport is 27.8 km (approximately 40 minutes).
