Our Flat Ocean Art 1 can accommodate up to 4 people, with 1 double bed and a sofa bed. It features a compact kitchen equipped with a cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, minibar, and some cooking utensils. The building offers a rooftop pool, gym, and laundry facilities. It is located close to restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, gas stations, and convenience stores. The flat also has air conditioning and a Smart TV to ensure a more comfortable stay!

Additionally, it is 8.9 km (about 22 minutes) from Cabo Branco Beachfront and 6.9 km (around 15 minutes) from the Handicraft Market. The distance to the airport is 27.8 km (about 40 minutes).
