One-bedroom flat accommodating up to 3 people, featuring one double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, refrigerator, and some basic kitchen utensils. There is a dining table and a TV in the living room. The building offers a swimming pool, 24-hour reception, kids’ playroom, parking, and a game room available for guests.

Living provides bed linen and towels, as well as some complimentary amenities. In the flat, the bedroom has air conditioning; the living room features a sofa, TV, table, and chairs for dining. The kitchen is equipped with some utensils for meal preparation, such as a blender, sandwich maker, stove, pots, and a coffee maker. GAME ROOM:

- Children under 12 years old ONLY when accompanied by an adult;
- Guests must follow the rules of use of this area, respecting capacity limits and operating hours;
- The consumption of beverages in this area is allowed responsibly; guests are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the space for others;
- Food consumption is not allowed in this area.

KIDS’ PLAYROOM:

- Space intended for children under 12 years old ONLY when accompanied by an adult;
- Adults are not allowed to remain in the area unless accompanying a child;
- The use of alcoholic beverages and food not suitable for children is prohibited;
- Please follow the rules of use, respecting capacity and operating hours.

CONDOMINIUM / STAY:

- The condominium and management do not allow visitors; access is restricted to registered guests only.

- Pets are not allowed in the flat.

- Breakfast is not included.

- Changes of bed linen and towels or requests for extra items are subject to availability and additional fees.

- Guests have access only to the following areas: SWIMMING POOL, KIDS’ PLAYROOM, AND GAME ROOM. Other areas are exclusively for residents.
